Will I be recommended to take food supplements or vitamin pills?

Depending on your state of health and symptoms, your consultant may suggest that you take nutritional supplements. These are often a good way to provide your system with therapeutic doses of particular nutrients to help meet your needs and restore a good nutritional profile. Some clients prefer not to use supplements and take the 'food only' route to improving their well-being; this is a position The Nutrition Guide respects and we are happy to work in this way.

Does my medication affect the nutrition programme?

Nutritional measures can work alongside, and complement medical treatment you are already receiving. We take full details of any medications and supplements you are already taking and tailor your programme to ensure no adverse reactions take place. Nutrition can be a helpful tool for those seeking to reduce their medication dose or as a drug free therapy.
